PDE model
Two tracks

Power for digital load, plus an audited emissions pathway where carbon-credit methodology applies.

What is actually broken

Remote gas is valuable only when the infrastructure can reach it.

Vaca Muerta keeps adding production, but associated gas at remote or early-stage sites can sit ahead of pipelines, processing capacity, or grid access. PDE is designed for that gap: close to the wellhead, modular, and economically useful before permanent infrastructure arrives.

01

Gas without a route to market

Small and variable streams are hard to justify with conventional midstream timelines. The result is waste, delay, or constrained production.

02

Flaring is a measurement problem too

Operators increasingly need cleaner reporting: where the gas came from, how much was used, what emissions were avoided, and how revenue was allocated.

03

Bitcoin mining is a flexible offtake

Unlike a grid interconnection or industrial buyer, modular mining can follow available power and scale by container, making it useful for short-cycle field deployments.

Operating model

PDE sits between the wellhead and the digital load.

The goal is simple: capture gas at site, generate power, run a modular digital load, and produce the operating data needed for revenue, emissions accounting, and replication.

Business model

One gas stream, two diligence tracks.

PDE turns field gas into power for modular bitcoin mining, while building the measured emissions record required for a carbon-credit pathway where methodology applies.

01

Gas monetization

Associated gas that is flared, vented, or uneconomic to transport becomes an on-site fuel source for power generation.

02

Digital load revenue

Power is consumed by modular mining infrastructure, creating revenue from hashpower without waiting for pipeline or grid buildout.

03

Carbon-credit pathway

Measured gas capture and emissions reduction can support a credit process when methodology, audit, and registry requirements are satisfied.

Execution

From stranded gas to productive power.

PDE keeps the first rollout simple: qualify one gas source, generate power on site, connect modular mining load, and measure the operation.

The result is a practical field option for operators with gas that is difficult to transport, and a repeatable model that can expand by container.

01

Confirm the gas

Flow, pressure, composition, and location set the project size.

02

Generate power on site

Gas treatment and generation are matched to the available fuel and field conditions.

03

Run modular load

Mining containers consume power at the site and can scale with the available energy.

04

Measure the run

Operating data shows gas used, power generated, uptime, and emissions information.

Investor lens

The credible story is operational leverage.

Operator pain is immediate

Flaring and venting are not abstract climate issues for operators. They affect permits, community trust, production planning, and wasted economics.

Argentina is a first-market advantage

Argentina is a practical starting point: active oil production, remote field locations, competitive operating conditions, and a policy case for flare-gas mitigation.

Replication comes from a repeatable field kit

The moat is not one container. It is a qualified site pipeline, modular hardware package, connectivity plan, monitoring standard, and operator contracting template.

Validation

Clear signals for partners.

The first deployment should tell a straightforward operating story: gas is used, power is generated, containers run, and emissions data is captured.

Operating signals

  • Gas volume available and consumed on site.
  • Power generated and delivered to the modular mining load.
  • Uptime, curtailment, temperature, and maintenance events.
  • Connectivity and remote monitoring across the field package.

Partner signals

  • New value from gas with limited routes to market.
  • A repeatable screen for future wellpad opportunities.
  • Records that support carbon-credit work where methodology applies.
  • A modular setup that can expand once the first site is stable.
